1. Where do your spices and pulses come from?
We source directly from farms across India—places like Kerala, Rajasthan, Gujarat, and Andhra Pradesh—where traditional farming methods meet modern quality control. We believe great taste begins at the root!
2. How are your products packed?
We pack our spices, pulses, and agro-products in durable, moisture-resistant bags to maintain freshness and ensure safe delivery. Our focus is on practicality and hygiene, so your order reaches you in excellent condition—no frills, just freshness.
3. Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes! If you’re a restaurant, retailer, or distributor looking to buy in bulk, we’ve got you covered. Drop us a message or email, and we’ll work out a customized quote just for you.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Not just yet—but we’re working on it! Our team is actively setting up international logistics so we can deliver our spices and pulses to customers worldwide, especially in the UAE and Dubai. Stay tuned—we’ll be going global soon!
5. How long will my order take to arrive?
Within India: 3–7 business days International orders: 7–14 business days
We process most orders within 1–3 working days. We’ll send you a tracking link once it’s shipped!
6. Are your products organic or chemical-free?
Many of our offerings are naturally grown with minimal or no chemicals. While not all are certified organic (yet!), we prioritize clean, high-quality sourcing you can trust.

8. Can I return a product if I’m not happy?
Due to the perishable nature of our goods, we only accept returns for damaged or defective items. If there’s an issue, just reach out within 3 days of delivery—we promise to make it right.
